hi there.....
well i am finally recoveing now...i still get this nerve like dull ache across my back..if anyone knows what that is all about please fell free to adive me of what it is and what i can do about it....
my advice to everyone who is feeling knackered after birth and totally whakced out and lethargic...try eating kidney and liver (i cook mine in plenty of garlic and add garam masala and all season spice to it....with plenty of oil and mushrooms...that wilL take away the odd taste and feel of these bits of meat)...but i have now tried and tested this method with three of my kids and trust me...eating a little bowl full of something like this with a piece of buttered bread a day..within 20 minutes you feel like you have jumped in a fountain of youth and energy...my body felt revitalised and i almost thought omg..i am completely back to normal...of course the effect wears off...so i know i need to do this at least once everyday....
i don't believe what anyone says..but even those who are tested not to be aneamic after birth could do with an iron boost such as this..it is better than taking the tablets (which make me sick and cause me constipation)....but it really does work...i ended up doing the chores i wanted to do...inlcuding washing my first lots of baby clothes...LOL....
My dd is now getting better and her swelling is coming down..i still can't figure out nor can anyone else who she looks like..but her jaundice is getting better now and she is looking cuter every day....definately more gilry like...also compared to my boys she is daintier....plus she has lost 8oz now and is 9lb only...hopefully she will put it back on....she eats enought to do so.....
i mysefl feel a bit wollen and cannot wait for the swelling to go down..i didnt have oedema before the borht but got it now instead...anyone esle in my shoes please tell me ti si normal....my hadns really hurt in the morinings....they look like bear hands.....i also have a double chin due to the swelling whihc i normally don't have....i am hoping this oedema will go...soon......my hemaroid is getting better though so that is encouraging.....
thanks so much for your well wishes....i hope everyone has a smooth labour and good recovery ...there is nothing worse in the world than to have any type of labour and then feel rotten after birth....i did so for 3 whole days and to feel a bit normal again is such a boost.....
love and take care all....
here is a nother picture of my little companian..as DH put it....at least i am not the odd one out anymore....!!!!lol
LOVE YAS
