Question on buying herbs

How do you know which brand is the best? As my sister was pointing out to me today, herbs are not regulated like medicines are. So, how do you know you are getting what you want/need/

This is one of my dh biggest concerns.  We have even contacted companies to check with their quality control and stuff.  My guess is by how your body is reacting to the supplement.  If you are taking it and nothing is changing then I would try something else.

Have you found any companies/brands that you specifically like?

I am going to try and see if I can find a website that rates the labels on herbs. There has to be.  Or maybe I will ask my SIL.

Seriously all of this stuff should make us Ph.D's of fertility, gender, and ttc.
