    Anyone else feeling HUGE?

Hi everyone - hope you're all feeling well and enjoying your pregnancies! I was just wondering........

I'm 28 weeks along - due June 23rd and I am absolutely huge! Does anybody else feel like this?

I'm as big as I was at my Due Date with DD1 and I've got 3 months to go!!! Can't believe it. Can't eat a full meal at night - can't get comfortable on the sofa or in bed and the heartburn is horrendous!!

It's not just me that looks huge - baby feels really big too and has done since about 21 weeks. I'm starting to seriously worry about getting this little monster out Stick out tongue

    Re: Anyone else feeling HUGE?

Ok I am right here with you honey!

The sleepless nights have already started for me and I am lucky to get 4 hours sleep in one go at night not only am I uncomfortable but I am still incredibly thirsty - I am still drinking around 6  litres of water a day which means I have to pee for England too!

I am not comfy on the sofa at night or in bed I have also started getting cramps in my calves through the night!

I am at my highest weight ever in my life and still have 9 weeks to go! People have started asking when the baby is due and when I say 9 weeks they are shocked that I am not ready to drop it already x

    It's not just me then!!

someone said to me today - are you sure you've got just the one in there? Ha Ha very funny - and when I said I've actually got 12 weeks to go she looked genuinely horrified!!

Actually it's really good our babes will be out by start of summer and we won't be waddling about like this for too long in the heat!

Good luck getting comfortable! - I've got one of those V shaped pillows for helping me sleep at night but manoeuvering myself onto it after everytime I get up to go the loo is getting harder!

    Re: Anyone else feeling HUGE?

Um well YES!  But mostly because there are two in there for me.  I measure full term and I have 11 weeks til my DD.  Ugh!

Prilosec is my best friend for heartburn.  Once in the morning and I am good the rest of the day.

Also you might try taking Calcium/Magnesium vitamins.  They help with HB and leg cramps.  I take 2-3 a day usually before bed.  Also helps with sleep.

Amazingly I am sleeping okay besides having to pee every 2 hours or less.  I have 5 pillows.  1 between my knees, behind my back, 1 is front and 2 under my head.  It takes some arranging but I can get comfy.

I'm feeling huge all of a sudden too.  I felt so teeny for so long, but not anymore!  I also sleep with many many pillows.  LOL

    Re: Anyone else feeling HUGE?

I got myself one of those long pregnancy pillows yesterday and it really helped with the sleep last night - for the first time in weeks I slept reasonably well and my hips are not sore this am at all Happy LOL

I will try taking some calcium/magnesium supps to see if it helps with the cramps - thanks for the tip r4p x

I'm feelin pretty huge also!  I'm 27 weeks and feel like I'll probably get bigger in the next 11 weeks!  I'm excited though - I see my doctor every two weeks now!  I'm ok with eating food...i actually think I eat too well.  I have the hardest time sleeping these days - I have such a hard time rolling from left to right and getting in and out of bed.  Plus i get up at least 3xs a night to empty my bladder!  It's ok though...anything for our baby girl! Re: Anyone else feeling HUGE?

My worst issue is that I get up every hour to go to the bathroom. But I think it's mostly because I can't roll over, and I just want to change positions. I had the flu last week, so I was in bed for 4 days and that sucked. I did have another appointment and gained no weight since the last one... probably due to the flu. So, I've gained a total of 18 pounds so far. I bought one of those boppy pregnancy wedges and I absolutely love it. I stick it under my belly, and it's easier than moving a pillow around in the bed. It just feels like he is getting heavier and heavier, so that really helps. That was one of the best investments. Only about 7 weeks left for me... and hopefully I will have him at 38 weeks, and that would make it about 5 weeks left. That would be so nice!
