Hello Everyone

AF tricked me and came early at CD22 this month. Last month she came at CD30. I was thinking about taking False Unicorn to get it on track for a normal 28 days because its all over the place. Now I see why I haven't been able to pinpoint O day. Can anyone give any advice on how to get AF on track or any advice on False Unicorn?? Thank you.
