Need C girl names

Thanks girls! We went through all these and I read off about 100 names last night and he said no to every...single...one. I seriously dont think we will get to name this kid if it's a girl!

What about Chessa?  I thought it sounded pretty :)

Also, what about Chelsea, that is not very popular anymore I don't think and it's a beautiful name.

I have quite a few names that are completely out of the question for me too because of people I know, some because of children I've worked with as a teacher... I know horrible of me!   But it's true.  

My husband once asked me why we all refer to our husbands as 'dumb husband' on here.  I said, What??? he said, dh... dumb husband.  I had to explain it meant dear husband.  He said, Yeah, Right!!! LOL!!!

Our girl name is Clara so obviously I love that one

What about:

Cadence, Clarissa, Candace, Carolyn, Cara, Cora, Cassandra, Caia

I've named all those to DH and he said no to all of them except Cora, which I do not like, so looks like C names might have to be out for us... Can't find anything that hasn't been suggested already. It's irritating me! LOL and he's the one who wants to do the C name for we have A.B,C

I was thinking Carly Ruth..already mentioned here and I love it!

But then I thought you would like Chelsea Ruth as it sounds cute to me..but I read in a post that you are not quite fond of it.

How about Carrin Ruth (pronounced Karen)? It sounds cute to me lol

Or Caleigh Ruth? Cassandra Ruth? Cleo? Celia, Cecelia?

I know you're getting alot of suggestions, and I have given you some as well :), but I just remembered one that hasn't been on here yet, last Sunday at church  a young girl that goes to our church was leaving for a mission to South America and she got up to speak. Her name is Chalyce, pronouced like Sha leese. Anyway, it's kind of different, yet pretty and she is such a great young woman. Good luck!

Sometimes you do just have to let go of a theme and I think it's better to forget going with a theme than it is to name your child you only kind of like in order to stick with a theme. 

Dh's initials are JET and they run in his family, so we planned to always use those initials if we had sons... by boy #2, I realized that was NOT going to be easy and there were just other names I really prefered, plus, I considered the idea that we may indeed have a boy #3 and then what in the world would we do???  So we broke the trend.

However, all that being said, I think you should push for Caroline.. it's a beautiful name & it fits your theme.
