Ugh I tried the COT with my BSD!!!! I think I will build up to it.... How does one do it? half a tsp for several days or one tsp with one drink? Any help would appreciated! THanks

Mallety....i cheated with chocolate in the 2ww but went out and bought soft drink and lolly snakes today i am saving the icecream for when DH gets home on Friday night  ive weirdly gone off cheese?!

Aaah no Soccerfam......you didnt like the COT/BSD?? i started with 1/2 teaspoon, next day 2 1/2 tsp then 3 1/2 tsp. i did have to deal with the runs for a couple of days tho!!! Hopfully someone else has some tips for you.

Guys...i've been logging onto the forum very seldom for the past few weeks as i moved home and didn't have proper internet connection....I've been pretty confused about various things lately.Physically everything is alright...but i won't be attempting for another 2 months or more. I've got a senior post ...in perinatal psychiatry ...that i've been dreaming about for the last 5 yrs and next few months will be very demanding...so my attempt will have to wait.Im not surprised that I don't feel happy about any achievements right now...infact feel a void in my heart .....dont know if i'll ever get my baby.I don't know if anyone can understand this. So girls...this is just a heartfelt thank you to you all for being so supportive...i've learnt so much from each and every single person. All i can say is...that i will be back. love you all! xo
