Appointments and scans

Thought we could keep up with upcoming appointments and scan dates here in case it gets lost in our normal talk thread. My dr and I set mine for the first 5 months. My appointments are Friday and I have my 7 week scan to check for HB, I'll be 7w 3d. Then go July 26 for first exam, then July 30 for NT scan. Aug 16 for exam, then Sept 10 for my BIG scan!!!

 I only have one appt set up and its with the nurse sincemy dr is out of town and then ill be also this weekend. so my first appt is june 27th and that will be our first scan also

Appt and first ultrasound July 3rd. I will be 7 weeks and 6 days.

I also only have one or now and it's on the 2 July :) feel like a little child counting the sleeps!

Danie? Are you doing ok, haven't seen you in a while! ***** just over one week for my first dr check up and then on Monday it will be 2 weeks until my NT scan!!!!! I'll be 13 weeks exactly and I'm just so excited! DH said we could get an early private scan at 15-16 weeks it's all getting sooo close!

I just had my appt 10 weeks today

I heard the heartbeat the rate was 163 and sounded great. The baby was mid-left side. The tech couldnt find it so my doctor came in and got it first try.

That's fantastic!!!!!

Exciting Ruby red!

Yesterday I had my third OB appointment (10w2d).  She tried getting the HB on with the doppler but couldn't do it so she said she had to do another US to make sure she see's a HB.  She's looking at the US and tells me to get ready for another boy (I have two little boys already)!  She said that she was 99% positive that it is a boy because the umbilical cord was going the opposite direction of, I guess, the genital that was sticking out.  I swayed for a girl so was soooo hoping for a girl and didn't want to find out gender this time (because I don't want to deal with GD).  So I can't believe she told me, and I can't believe it's a boy!  I know I should just want a healthy baby, and that is obviously what I want, but I have always dreamed of a girl.  This is my last child too because I'm AMA at 40.  I'm so bummed right now.  Has anyone had their gender at 10w before? 

Heavenlee- first I'm so glad baby is ok, and second I am absolutely FLOORED that a doctor told you gender at 10 weeks!!! That's rediculous and bad practice! Go to baby2see.com and view external genitalia development. The pictures of an 11 week fetus are 100% identical. Please go look at it you will feel 100% better, also the techs on here who guess at the nub ect won't even guess at 11 or some 12 weekers due to the early gestation. Please don't go buy blue or get sad there is no possible way she knew it was a boy! Can it be? Sure. Is it for sure? Certainly not!!! Ugh that makes me mad. LOL! Just glad your baby is healthy!

Heavenlee. No 10 weeks is very early for gender determination. I would still wait until later and get a potty shot. This is my last child too and i am praying we both get our girls.

 Heavenlee, I doubt that they could tell at 10 weeks....sometimes I think docs say these things just to prepare people that there is a chance of having another boy/girl ( as if we don't know ) ...but I have my FX that you get your little 

Heavenlee i hope you get a little girl!! Will keep watching to see if she was wrong :)
