I am planing to also do MSU this coming July. Unfortunately, I will ovulate either right before the beginning of the new moon or right on top of it. But I hear there are a lot of solar flares this year, so am hoping the moon phase will not play a big part in the overall sway.
I envy you for already having mastered the whole MSU process. I still am trying to get myself to finally do it. I am too nervous and expect the worst, since everything in my sway has been giving me problems so far. I have all the equipment and just need to find time and courage. I am crossing my fingers to finally do a practice MSU attempt this weekend.
Dh and I have been on the boy diet since end of April. We have not been too strict and have not really counted how much potassium and sodium we get, but now are following everything very strictly, since we only have 6 weeks left till our attempt. I have also used that time to practice with pinpointing my O date and was measuring tempsfor the past 3 cycles.I am currently 7DPO and started using CBFM to see how well it will pick up my O date. So far, so good. Regarding the supps, I take Folic Acid, fish oil, gelatin capsules, false unicorn, fertile cm, vitamin e, royal jelly and bee pollen, TT, Zinc, and started taking Musinex since this week.DH is also on board with everything and is taking TT, B-12, Musinex, ASG, Ginseng, Zinc, vitamin e, CoQ-10 cardio formula by GNC, and folic acid. We are also both doing muscle-building.
I had a really hard time trying to get my Ph to go higher. When I measure during my fertile phase, it's always been around 4-4.5! Then a couple days after O, the pH would go up to a 6 for some reason! I have been on lemon water and ASG for the first 6 weeks and it did not seem to make any difference in my pH, so I switched to ACV and am now drinkig it 3 times a day with a bit of Stevia. I also started on the COT drink to increase my potassium intake.I will test my pH next week when I will start getting more of the EWCM.
I have also started the BSF 3x a day to see how it will affect my cycles. Overall, I feel pretty optimistic about July. I just need to nail down those few other little things that I wanted to incorporate into my sway, like having big Os, 3x a day, which supposedly helps with raising pH.
How are you doing with the pH? What helped with raising it? Also, do you practice MSU on the farm eggs or on just the store-bought ones? The farm eggs seem to be the only ones that I found which have the correct pH, but they are expensive, so I'd hate to waist them all for the practice runs. Do you think the 8.5ish pH eggwhites would work for the practice MSUs?
