Confused about Gender Ultrasound. Opinions please!

Hello, I had an ultrasound done at 19 weeks, 5 days. The technician said it looked like a boy "bit", but I also initially thought it looked like a swollen girl "bit". What are your thoughts? I don't see any definitive penis, or scrotum... but at the same time it is protruding from the body. Do you think boy, or girl?
