A GIRL confirmed twice!! I will try to get the pit up here..I'm just in awe still I treasure my boys but to hear a girl after 5 boys was just amazing...it was great the tech kept saying it too as if to keep reassuring me all my boys were there and are so excited..I did sway and I swear it worked!! And my DH to agree to all the crazy sway rules..I have to say I just can't believe it all worked ;))))

Yes I did sway girl... Vitamins I took include Magnesium Calcium Cranberry Folic acid Lydia pinkhams formula- has a ph of 2 so is very effective in lowering ph Avail on amazon I took these all faithfully I actually doubled the dosage of the vitamins for 6 mos the Lydia's I cut the dosage in half it lowered my ph way too much Diet I loosely followed the diet for ph although I was quit confident vitamins were effective enough..I drank lots of cran/ pomegranate juice and Chrystal light I did not drink my tap water cuz the ph was way too high...I avoided beef pork salt ESP and stuck to lots of yogurt dairy chicken an fish plain rice I slipped breakfast swats girl and I focused on cardio at the gym weights sway boy.. Timing Timing was an issue cuz my DH had cancer x2 so because of surgery the plumbing didn't always work properl... I do however believe. We bd and all came out okay on a thurs and O Ed on Sunday we bed all week...I used rePHreash once my clear blue easy monitor read high up until peak but it lasts 3 days that lowers ph also plus shAllow penetration and I propped my hips up 1/2 hr .. I used clear blue monitor ferning microscope cm and bbt I started everything in August by feb I was sure I was ready and it worked :)) GL hope my sway helps u
