Boys can have 3 lines if it's at the right angle. with my son we saw a bulge so I thought boy and then the doctor moved the wand a little and we saw 3 lines. So then I wasen't sure. But at 20 weeks he was all boy. I would wait till ur next scan, but from ur pic I would have guessed girl.
