Not sure if this is happening to anyone else, but since I started drinking SOOO MUCH diet drinks my hair is starting to fall out like crazy. Maybe it's just me. It'll be so worth it if I get a girl though! It's only hair and can grow back later. I sure hope I get pregnant quickly or i'll be bald!

No problems here.  But, while I'm pregnant, my hair and nails are great - I lose very little hair then.  No big difference from normal with all the Crystal Light for me as of yet.  I hope your sway catches quick!

well, my hair is sorta sensitive I think. Like you I have amazing hair while pregnant. I swear I lose none! My hairbrush stays the same. Then when my babies turn 4 months it starts falling out like mad. My baby is 9 months now and my hair was just starting to go back to normal but I've started taking some suppliments and drinking drinks with aspartame and it's falling out again. Who knows! Oh well!

I had the same problem! BUT, I noticed that when I use OTC progesterone cream, it stops happening.

It sounds like your issue is hormonal, too. You might want to try the progesterone.

Is this something you can buy over the counter? Might be a silly question, but where do I need to put it?

Yes, you can get it over the counter - usually at health food stores. You should read the label for directions, but mine says to apply it to inner arms, or thighs, or stomach area or chest. Also, not sure if they even sell synthetic progesterone over the counter, but don't buy that one - get the NATURAL.

Good luck!

Thanks so much BeadinBabe! I will be sure to go check that out at my local health store. One last question. Will this effect my ttc? Can I use it if/when I get pregnant next?

A lot of ladies use it in their TTC a girl sway...its thought that increased progesterone levels sway girl. You should only use it from ovulation to AF, though, or it could delay ovulation or even prevent it all together. Progesterone is what causes your temp increases after ovulation...you need it to achieve & sustain a healthy pregnancy. Hope this helps! Good luck!

Does it delay AF when not TTC? I went to my local health store and they sold some that said wild yam? for a pretty penny ! $$$$$$ Would you recommend a brand? I'm willing to try it. My mom struggles with hair loss too and has her whole life. She's now had a hysterectomy. I wonder if it would help her too. Thanks for your advise!
