Who did o+12 to get Girl but ended up with a boy???

Just curious!!! Who of you swayed o+12 for a girl but still got a boy????? I did 5 day cut off prior to ovulation and still got a boy! Is it really just 50/50?? Can't get all this swaying stuff out of my mind! Did I just do the wrong sway attempt?? I guess I'm trying to make my self feel better about my boy! Instead of feeling I've messed up and could off had my girl if I had done things differently :-(

Hi superwomen, a 5 day cut off sways boy!! Only 3-2 day cut off or o+12 sways girl. I have a DS from a 5 day cut off, too. It is written somewhere in the FAQ that everything over 4 days sways boy.

 My DS3 was a 2 day cut-off. Thanks Dr. Shettles! lol

Wouldn't trade him for anything in the world now, though!!!! ;)

 I did after my super sway I believe that for some NOT all but for some women it is different. For me personally I believe left ovary vs right ovary has something to do with it. For me all 3 sons ovulated right attached right. I think for whatever reason my left ovary would be more accepting of the XX sperm. Just something I have been researching but purely JMO

No I did not sway I no longer believe in it I don't knw what I am having this baby was a HUGE suprise

Brat, for what it is worth, the  U/S tech confirmed I did O from my right (as I did with my sons) and this time I am having a girl. While I do believe the idea that O'ing from your right can increase your chances of a boy (being that the right ovary is typically a sign of high fertility), I have seen cases of boys from left ovary as well.

 I am excited to hear that you are expecting again, and was wondering if you were going to do the ramzi theory stuff at your 8 week U/S or if you're going to go team green this time? Just wanted to hear some of your thoughts.

abcd12, i swayed for girl last time, and it was 3 days -2,5 days before O, and i got another boy, but i didnt do other factors, just timing, because at that time i didint know about all other factors, just a few things about food, but far from doing a proper diet more weeks in advance.

I have one dd with a five day cut-off, and one DS with 5 day cut-off.  IMO it really comes down to ph.  The reason why O+12 works is because your body may naturally be more acidid at this time, or if your swaying you only have to keep your ph down for a little while.  I think I ended up with a DD at the 5 day cut-off  because I was also on progesterone only mini-pills and I was BF which naturally sways girl.  Timing is the least important factor imo, and is only relevant in regard to keeping that ph low or high.  It's all about the chemistry.

I swayed for girl this time with O + 12, 13 days abtinence, diet for 7 months, hormones and ions stuff for 2 years!!!!! I ovulated from my left ovary ( my others boys, rigth side) Resulted in my Baby Boy # 4!!!!

Timing is really the least important factor... PH and diet are what makes a sway successful. The reasoning behind the 0+12 is that  the PH tends to drop at this time. Doesnt work for everyone though.
