Okay, so I've been sticking with the pinapple, celery, chicken, white rice, apricots, and potatoes at least once per day, along with all my lemon water, acv, bs+cot drink, along with all my supps. I haven't been able to stick to it perfectly. My MIL had knee surgery a few weeks ago and I've been running her to all her appts and doing her errands for her. Then on the 31st my dh's grandma passed away and then his sister had to be put into the hospital for severe preeclampsia @ 34 weeks and delivered her boy on the same day grandma passed away. I've had to handle most everything since my MIL is not able.....it's been a crazy couple of weeks! My ph is still being stubborn @ about 4.5. I also took soy isoflavones on cd 2-6 of this cycle so that I might o earlier and hit the full moon. I've been wearing only gold jewelry all the time, burning incense on a constant when I'm home and keeping my cell phone on me at all tiimes. I've been having o pains for the last 5 days and started getting ewcm and then all of a sudden my ewcm just dried up! This morning it looks like it's trying to come back, but it isn't any where as abundant as last cycle.
This is just really, really frustrating! I did buy some alfalfa and when I get my + opk I'll start taking it. I also bought some grapefruit juice and am going to start drinking some of that (watching the minerals, of coarse). I've also been making pineapple juice popsicles and eating at least one everyday. Was lifting weights a lot the two weeks before dh's grandma passed and will start back today. I've thought about not even trying this cycle. It is so hard. Was at doc's yesterday and heard a baby's heartbeat (over dopler) from the next room. I broke down....
