My ph is usually somewhere between a 3 and a 4. I've been able to get it up to a 5 and that's it. Can you all look over what I'm doing and give me some suggestions? Please?
Okay, so I'm doing lemon water w/stevia, acv, bs drink, diet (sticking with mostly potatoes, pasta, tomatoes, meat, celery, iceburg lettuce, and peaches). We're talking 104oz of lemon water w/stevia. Acv 3/day, 3 bsdrink/day.
As for supps- I'm taking 4,800mcg of folic acid, 4,000mcg of L-Methylfolate, 500- B12, 400-VitE, 2,000mg fish oil, 81mg baby aspirin, I take Bidex (like Mucinex) for about 2-3 days leading up to o till temp rise, TT- 1/day before o.
I just attempted 3 days ago, but I'd like to get my ph up higher this next cycle.
