 Luv-i would just wait til 8 or 9 days dpo before testing rather than looking at predicted date of AF. I think the dpo is more accurate?

Ok, Ill be 8 DPO on wednesday..but is it common to get a + that early? I only have some opks now, no pregnancy tests yet since this is our first month trying. Do the opk's give you a positive alittle sooner if I do that on 8 Dpo you think? Thanks so much for you help ladies! Hearts I hope those crazy dreams means your pregnant like they did me!

Luv Opks usually don't show up positive until after hpt is positive. My OPK was negative even after I got the BFP but just for fun I took it today and it was very positive, and I got my positive hpt 1.5 weeks ago! I agree with Hearts go by dpo instead of when AF is due cause you need to give the baby time to implant and start building up hcg. It's not gonna happen sooner just cause you have a short luteal phase (at least I wouldn't think so). However I got my BFP at 9dpo so 8dpo doesn't seem that early. GL!

 Luv-- i agree with Kats, opk will not give you a pos earlier than hpt. There is a great website that explains it all, i googled it cpl weeks ago, but i dont remember what it is, sorry. Try googling it, its there somewhere lol. You had dreams also before you got your BFP?? I had another last nite, i wouldnt say it was crazy this time, but a long intertwined one. I do dream normally but to me recollection not 3 in a row and a few crazy ones lol. If its cuz im prego, what causes that i wonder?

Hearts, yes I had dreams with both my boys, but it was DS2 that they were crazy and weird and I could remember almost everything when I woke up..one, I was running to lock all my doors b/c someone dressed in a big teddy bear was trying to get in, and I KNEW it was going to hurt us..the one that started again after I moved one night, was the worst, these guys broke into our house, after dh left(he leaves at 2-3am), wanting to know where he was, but wouldnt tell me why...I cant remember dreams when Im not pregnant, but both those dreams happened early on in my pregnancy, I found out I was pregnant with DS2 on the anniversary of when my Grandfather died..Dec5th...when I had those dreams, I still had my Christmas tree up,  so it was just a few weeks. I hope they calm down for you soon, but I also hope they mean your pregnant! I think maybe its our hormones that brings them on. GL!

 Luv- funny, how come the dreams are scary ones? Urs were, mine was and so was, oh crap who did i mention this too also? lol i forget, someone else also. Wonder why they arent happy fun dreams?

I dont know, its weird, most of the dreams I had, were scary or stressful or both..before DS1 I had nice dreams about a baby(always a boy, sometimes twin boys!), but after that they were all scary! I think Im out this month..my ph was up to 5.3 today, and I have alot of cm, creamy/sticky..so Im not feeling too positive today..how about you girls? Anything going on with you while your waiting?

 Luv- dont count yourself out yet, cm can be none all the way to creamy, i dont think ph is related to pregnancy??  Other than the dreams ive got no other symptoms. 

Hearts what dpo are you now? Im 8 dpo tomorrow..and I havent had any symptoms. I cant remember if I did with my DSs but looking back I dont think I did. Everytime I go to the bathroom I hope to see alittle brown/pink for implantation, but nope. I have been tired, and my lower back has been achy, but Im too early for those symptoms yet right? Im just over thinking I know..its soo hard not to!

Hey Hearts! I am 1DPO : ) Lol, the 2WW.. I am not going to test until 12DPO... Although I always say that and usually sneak in a test or two much earlier than that! Although I just hate seeing negative, it would be great to catch an early BFP : ) Geez I'm hoping this is it for me, I really really hope! Will keep you posted, im a long way off however! XX

Hey Luvcole! Thanks, I am feeling better, although cant breathe through my nose! I feel better thinking that illness sways pink anyway! I did not sway with my sons. I did take cranberry with DS2, but I can't call that swaying! Hope all is well XX

8DPO and feeling really down, have no symptoms whatsoever, think I'm out again this month. Very depressing, however, I am going to ring the Doc and tell a lie that I've been ttc for a year, so they will give me the blood tests to check everything. My thyroid test results were questionable last year, but never had them retaken.

 Luv- not necessarily, if your 8dpo you could have implanted by now and hormones are in your system, then you would have actual symptoms. Im 5 dpo today, had another dream last nite, dont remember it this morning tho, i dont think ive dreamed 5 nites in a row ever. I also notice light achy/cramping feeling this morning, the kind where af would be coming in a few days. The frustrating thing is alot of the prego symptoms are also AF symptoms.Did mother nature do that to us to tease and annoy us? lmao

Maple- it is a long wait, especially since we arent gearing up for an attempt, checking ph and cm and all that keeps us busy for the first 2 weeks lol, now its just sloooow days lol

 Awh Strawbell {{{HUGS}}}  I truley feel your pain...I'm feeling the same way right now another failed attempt @6dpo. However, I see so many ladies on here who felt the same way just day's before their BFPso let's not throw in the towel yet it is still to early & this could very well be our month for us both ...who know's maybe this is all for a reason ...good thing's come to those who wait. Chin up!

Hearts, Im feeling somevery light cramping, but its close to a light O pain then cramps,  if that makes sence, I get pretty bad cramps at O, but Im not sure if they happen right before,during or after, when I get those I swear I feel my ovaries,lol..the cramps are higher, during af, they are lower and I can get rid of them most of the time with heat, but not the O cramps.

Girls, I know the feeling. Right after our attempt, I was feeling good about it. It took me 4 years for DS1, but DS2 was a BFP after our first attempt with opks, so that gets my hopes up that after DS1 my body knows what to do, but who knows right?
