We're pretty much going to stick with trying "naturally" just because I get overwhelmed sometimes as it is, I think I'd be ten times worse if we tried MSU lol For me, I want to increase my chances as much as possible but still keep it as natural as possible, you know? The only thing we'll probably be doing differently next month than we did this month (had an unplanned "whoops!" moment lol) is take soy isoflavones before O. I've read that it's helped some of the ladies here conceive so I don't think it could hurt to give it a try.

Well I ordered a new box of digital OPKs.....thank goodness for Amazon! I can't believe how expensive they are at the store, I wouldn't be able to use them as often if I purchased them from there. Knowing that this set will be for our official attempt in a few weeks is so exciting, I'm just hoping I won't have to make several more of these purchases online...I want that BFP so bad!!

last year i had a hard time with the PH levels so  i found that taking amoxcil antibiotic helped alot. Within a day I brought it from 4.0 to 7.5...I know ... I know .....the antibiotics are not  always reccomended but most who have taken them have been very succesful with ttc boy. I will try the amoxcil again this week bf attempt. HTH.

Blueshell - thank you for the suggestion with the antibiotics. I have never heard of it before. I am still undecided whether I should try something like this or not, but I may be one of those unlucky ones whose pH would not budge no matter what. I have tested it this weekend and it's still at 4.3 during O time. It seems that my pH starts to go up slightly AFTER O, when I get the creamy CM... which is so weird.

I was hoping that the ACV would help me with getting my pH higher, but it does not seem to have made any difference at all. I am now starting with alph-alpha to see if that brings any change. It seemed to have helped DH with bringing his pH up higher. He started with a pH of about 7 - 7.5 and not is up to 8.5.

Ive never heard of alpha alpha.... you can google the antibiotic info here on ingender .Hope everything works out well for both of us !! getting nervous already!! dont forget the BSF..

I was on antibiotics this month for a nasty sore throat, my PH was a bit higher than usual while I was on them. I was tempted to keep a few "extras" to use this coming month but I know that wouldn't be good so I didn't LOL DH, on the other hand, has been on antibiotics and will continue to be around the time of our attempt so I went ahead and checked online to see if what he's taking is safe while TTC (just in case, you never know!) and thankfully it is...it's actually recommended! Go figure LOL I'd hate to have to skip July if it wasn't!

I am glad I am not the only one with PH issues. I have a few questions for you lovey ladies hope you can help out.

 We are officially doing our attempt in August but doing "trial runs" this month and next.  I am concerned with my temps and O dates.

My questions  are:

I recieved an + OPK late Saturday evening, 12 hours would be 10am Sunday, I usually see my temps raise by Tuesday (today) but did not.  I recieved a - OPK yesterday and my CM has gone to creamy. I have been unable to tell if my cervix is open or not.

Should I do a OPK? Could this be a 2nd surge? If it is would we DTD today?  We used EW to see how the process goes and did the BSF to adjust my PH ( I am really not getting higher then 6)

When we do our official attempt, I will be using digital CBFM and my Wondfos to make sure I catch the surge

 Soccerfam - yes, you are definitly not alone in your pH battle. I have a very confusing pH level in that when I get my EWCM it always measuresto be soper acidic at around 4, howerver once I ovulate and start getting the creamy CM, my pH jumps up to around 6! So bizarre.

 I have used the CBFM this month to detect my O date and I highly recommend it. It's so easy and reliable to use. It started asking for me to pee on the stick on CD6 anf through CD 15. Then on CD 15 it cought my O date and all the other signs have confirmed it correctly. It said that I still was ovulating on CD16 too, so if we were to do an attempt this time I'd do it in the vening of CD 15.

i did the extensive research on antibiotic last year.... its valid and very effective, like i say most women who have been on it have successfully conceived boys.... i do amoxcil or clamoxin one or two days before attempt. thats all. I do not continue after attempt day...works wonders on PH... we shall see if i brings me my baby boy too!!

I've been doing BSF 3x day and BSD 3x as well since my attempt is in 5 days...i confused about testing my cm because i have so much bsf it won't be accurate...should i still go with that reading ?? anyone ?
