Yes I swayed....but not with the diet and honestly at the time, I had a hard time doing OPK's and really didn't understand them. I get them now. I also did EGS with eggs and microscope and incubator. I did have WAY too many attempts!! I did before, during and after O. I had like 4 attempts my last time....my last attempt I even used lime. Knowing now my dh's sperm count....well, I really should NOT have done that many attempts in my fertile period. It made me think of all my other boys......yep I did the same thing, too many attempts during my fertile window. No wonder I have BOYS!! My dh is 41 and his sperm count both IUI's these last 2 months were A LOT to say the least. Can you imagine what they were years ago!!!! YIKES!! Even the dr said, "well, your dh has no sperm issues whatsoever"!! His motility was even 96%!!! So, dtd too much during O is a NO NO for me!! This equals LOTS OF BOYS!!! Yes, it is not 100% BUT I can say that if you know your body, I think swaying can work!! Some of us with boys have to work harder to get a girl because our bodies are just chemically more geared to invite the Y sperm!! My dr even said that!! Men have both X and Y's, its the females body which it determines if the Y or X sperm thrive better in. So, out job with swaying is to change our bodies. Some women it works others it takes a long time but I think it eventually does work. I wanted to so cut-off because I read that that is the best chance of getting pregnant. Also, I know a bunch of ladies whom I have met over the years tell me, with certainty that their cut-offs worked when they did it for a girl. They think the reason it doesn't work for some is they really didn't know when they O'd. I also think diet plays a role for those of us that don't have a girly friendly environment and maybe some of those ladies it didn't work for didn't either!! But, it is true that Y sperm are faster and weak and X sperm are slower and stronger....that is proven. So, I thought it would be nice to have those Y sperm rush to get there and then start dying off and then have the X sperm make it to the egg as it is released. Also, with a low ph and diet changes, the X sperm, which are strong survive in my environment, while the Y sperm have a hard time and because they are weak eventually die off. It's all true.....I just hope it works for me. Yes, I know the feeling of "maybe I will always be a boy Mom". Trust me after having 5 BOYS, I was like "what, how the heck can that be". I was willing to go 5 time, 2 times more than I wanted to and I still don't get a girl! That is why I think diet is crucial because I have always had the same diet forever!!!!
Mommy to 5 gorgeous BOYS after 5 boys........ITS A GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
