So, with the first quote you had, she said she used "1 finger" amount every other day and then a "fingertip" amount before BD... do you think she used a whole finger amount on the every-other days?? I think that is where I am always confused... is how much to use of the stuff!
There must be a reason why Tamara says to only use a fingertip amount of replens/rephresh/etc..., right?? And then with the second quote you listed... she used a tiny bit twice a day in week of 0... did she put it all the way up on/at the cervix all those times, or just at the entrance? And then she used it 5 min. after BD... then she probably just used it at the entrance of the vj forsure, right? ...
Ha-ha.. I am making this into a big deal I think, huh?? 
I just tested my ph a couple days after AF and I am at 5.5. That is without any CL for a good week or more. I thought about starting to drink a bit of the CL again and see if it lowers it... I am curious what really lowers ph too... I know everyone's bodies are different... but it's all so interesting and complex, isn't??
MV... I was laughing at your post when you were talking about the lime tampons vs. regular during AF... and having to do yet another expierement!
... so funny and so true!!...I feel like everything is an expierement right now!!..LOL Okay, so you said you are planning on using the rephresh every other day during your O week, right? How much do you think you will use? Is it safe to use more than a fingertip amount when hoping to conceive? What are your thoughts? I am still a little hazy on this part... I keep thinking about how other ladies and sways didn't use any replens or douche before or after and didn't have super low ph... like Desires'... she said her ph was 5.5-6, right? Anyway, I just want to "up" my chances of a BFP on our attempt... because I am so ready to be done with this diet and constant obesessing and expierementing!...
lala27... I am so with you on your questions about the replens/etc. at the entrance... though, I do understand that it does still affect the ph up at the cervix... it's all so confusing still to me to 
A&R mommy... I just wanted to comment on your asking about doing the opposite of what we did to get our boys... I SO wish I would have been charting/temping/etc... to follow my cycles back when I was having my boys... I have not clue when I ovulated and such... but I do know that we BD every single day the month when we coneived our first son.... we had had a miscarriage a few months before and it was so tramatic and sad (first pregnancy and such....) that we were SO ready and excited to try again!!
Now, I know my DH must have a high sperm count as well and without the supps. and diet he's been on.... I am sure there were a lot of boy swimmers in super high PH!
So, all this to say, I do agree that there is some sense to doing the opposite of what we did with our boys.... but I also think there is a lot being done with our bodies and chemistry being on this diet/supps./huge life changes, to also play a big role in all of this :) I think your plan sounds great.... and it's wonderful to have confidence about whatever sway plan you choose! 
We will be borrowing our microscop tomorrow... I am so excited about what we'll see! So, MV, BeadinBabe and others who have looked at the samples... I am looking for the straight, fast swimmers most likely being boys and the slower, circle-swimmers, or zig-zag swimmers, being the girls?? Any other tips?
