Diva Cup

 Hi,

i was planning on doing O+12   but decided against it only recently.i ll do a 3 day cut off instead.i currently live in Asia where Diva Cups are not available.would placing a tampon help keep the sperm in till O?any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I would consider it if you don't fall pg this cycle. Also, never hurts to have one as they are supposed to be used for your period anyway. I would say prop up hips for like 30 or so mins.
