I know how you feel! And honestly it sucks because only time can make it feel better. I had a m/c with my first baby, was scared to death the whole time with DS (and I did have bleeding bouts, so that made it worse). It's comforting to know that most people do have a normal pregnancy after a m/c, and that you are more fertile after one, and also that some bleeding means nothing. I am pregnant again now with #2, and I had spotting at 8 weeks, major period like bleeding at 14 weeks, and lots of bleeding off and on since then, and surprisingly it's all been very benign and the baby is perfectly healthy.
I just had to sort of take my mind of being pregnant for those first weeks. I would suggest keeping your regular schedule, I just worked like normal and that passed the weeks faster. I also waited until 10 weeks to tell family and 12 to tell work. That made it seem like the whole pregnancy was faster, and I didn't think about it as much when other people didn't know. I was like you though, hoping to get that morning sickness. For me it didn't start until about 6-7 weeks, so you're still early for it, and also I was comforted by having sore boobs. But I was surprised how fast they became not sore. They were mostly sore from 5-7 weeks.
So congrats on your pregnancy!!! I hope you get some of those symptoms soon so you can feel a bit more relaxed, and I hope the first few weeks fly by so you feel like you're past the "danger zone" Best of luck!
