Hi there, I'm so sorry for all of your losses. My story is similar to your's, 3 mc's and 1 chemical (or very early m/c), although my losses never happened after 7.5 weeks. I had extensive testing done, upon my request and worked with an amazing specialist. Did you have any sonohystograms, and such to see if it's something going on inside your uterus? I had this done and they found what they thought was intra-uterine scar tissue (which I thought really strange since I'd never had an infection or a d & c). So, I then had a hysteroscopy (it's a day-surgery where they insert a hysteroscop which has a tiny camera to view the inside of your uterus to see what's going on, and if anything is found, they remove it). Anyhow, they surgeon ended up removing a long polyp, which he said resembled scar tissue. Upon consultation with my doctor thereafter, she said it could have had alot to do with the m/c's due to it's positioning in the uterus. I went on to have a successful (albeit, stressful pregnancy. My specialist also prescribed baby aspirin and progesterone supositories until 12 weeks as a precaution. Other things I did included taking 100 mg of Vitamin i6 until 36 weeks, I did acupuncture until 14 weeks with an accupuncturist who specializes in fertility issues, I drank alot of water to prevent dehydration. Through all of this, I continued my regular routines and exercise program, such as jogging 4 times a week. I just limited my runs to 30 mins. I think thats it! If I think of anything else, I'll let you know.
I wish you all the best. I remember when you went through your m/c in the summer. I was and am still heartbroken for you. I completly understand what you're going through. I also read quite a few books on the subject to further educate myself on the subject. One of my favorites was
Miscarriage, Medicine & Miracles by Bruce Young MD, and Amy Zavatto. I purchased it on Kobo with my e-reader. It's very informative and gave me alot of hope.
Good luck with everything. Sorry for the ramble!
