i understand your situation!! i am on baby number 5 as well. i have 3 healthy boys and one boy which miscarried later in 3rd trimester. so now i'm expecting again and my shots got nubs on as well. i pray you get a girl!! hopefully it's just a swollen labia. goodluck hun.
