Swaying doesn't work. I did everything, but still getting my little boy. I seriously think that my husband has stronger and more boysperm, and that the two of us just only can make boys. In a way this helps me accepting it and made me stop thinking of what I should have done differently. Secondly, I think this little boy is meant to be. I think of him struggling through very low PH, tons of girl ions and hanging in there for 4 days and still survived and being the first one reaching the egg. There must be a reason it was him!

sometimes i wonder if just doing everything different helps. i had always swayed boy and gotten girls this time i was doing a girl sway. not on purpose but my life is just one big girl sway. i don't eat red meat or breakfast, lots of milk, i had a uti so i was drinking a ton of cranberry. i had a head cold also so i was taking sudifed and vit c. dh and i just soaked in the hot shower before every attempt to help clear out our sinuses. i had cut out all salt as i was trying to lose weight. dtd missionary 5 days before O. thats a girl sway right? but i had done boy stuff with all the others. finally its a boy.

 right on WelcomeGG ur absolutely right. there is nothing we can do!!!

 

I agree.  I think swaying only makes you think that somehow you can controll something that is absolutely impossible to controll.

I really think that I was given my daughter by my Dad. He died in a horrible accident a year before she was conceived and I believe he sent her to me to cheer me up!

this is exactly how I'm trying to think! This 3rd little boy of ours that is due early July is just meant to be :-) we also stopped 4days prior and he would of had a really tough time battling it out with the girls in acidic ph levels and time against him but he was the winner and I'm sure he will bring so many blessings to our life's, but with all that said... I'm still feeling a great feeling of sadness and loss for my dd I always imagined in our life :-( O GOD this is so hard and not getting all that I have dreamed of in my life :-(

Your dreams can still come true super woman, they may just not be the ones you originally laid out! Essentially that's all it is though, isn't it...dreams and actually I think most people get a combination of their desired gender one way or the other but I am not willing to keep on trying to get a girl... The life style I want to give our boys is more important than that ! Without being disrespectful to the person posting about losing their dad, I am so very sorry for your loss, I also lost my dad many years ago now but I have to say, I find it strange that people think that way. I mean, surely my dad would do the same for me, or God would do the same for me and others out there. I completely agree, it is what it is... There is no secret formula, no one controlling our destiny when it comes to the sex of our babies (unless it involves a doctor and IVF) the only thing that makes a difference is how we are biologically wired - you get what you get!

 I think "God doesn't given what we want not because we don't deserve it but we deserve better".  Not saying any gender is bette rthan an other- just saying for us THE baby we have - whatever gender- is what we are meant for us to have. 

 

I also agree with what Newbaby said - about changing what you did last time.  

After 5 boys I'm hoping I'm finally going to get my girl but I went into all this sway stuff with a clear and complete understanding this very well will be a boy...I accepted the possibility...otherwise I never would have tried agein I did a very loose diet and mostly vitamins and refresh I have a long wait to find out but I know how you feel hearing it's a boy times five it's tough...but I do agree we get what we get for a reason so I'm not just the queen of my house I'm the princess too!! People always try to make me feel better too by saying I'd rather have 5 boys than 1 girl really ???? Whatever.. I refuse to share this pregnancy till I'm sure of the gender so those "oh it's only going to be a boy " can just f off !!! Hoping you have a healthy pregnancy and baby...
