Had my first OB appointment today!

Well, I had my first OB appointment today! I am 8wks 2 days along, and everything looks great so far! My official due date is September 23rd, however, I will more than likely have my baby at 36 weeks (the week of August 26th). Very exciting!!! Hope everyone else is doing well so far! :-)

Did you get a picture for the Ramzi theory? Why will you have the baby at 36 weeks?

I did get a picture, but I don't understand how to tell where the placenta is located! All of my babies came on their own at 37 weeks, and I barely made it to the hospital with DS3...like I had the baby 20 minutes after I sat down on the bed, and I wasn't even sure I was in labor when I left home!!! So, my doctor wants me to have an amnio at 36 weeks to check lung maturity and induce if the baby is ready. I know it sounds crazy, but I am scared to death that I will be home alone with my 2 year old and I'll have the baby at home!!!

My first OB appointment was 2-14 as well.  Baby measured right on target at 8.4 and had a heartbeat of 171.  It was so nice to hear a nice, strong heartbeat again.  CONGRATS!!
