You say that your combined pH was 6.3 and dropped to 5.7 shortly later. How was your combined pH when you conceived DD#1? Mine was 6.8 the other day and I couldn't lower it using RepHresh and Replens. Thank got I was not in fertile period at that time. Do you not worry about the combined pH much?

I dtd at o+12 so that I get the lowest ph possible, but I dont worry too much about ph. I would never douche..... I think 6.8 sounds totally fine! Sorry, I dont remember what my ph was like after dtd that got me dd, but I know that my own ph was always between 4.7 and 5.5 in the o+12 zone....

susieq, O+12 is only a term. It isn't going to be exactly 12 hours after O. O+12 is when CM changes from ew to creamy and your cervix changes from soft to firm. For me, I was experiencing these changes as little as 3ish hours after O, but waited a couple more hours before dtd. Anyway, as long as you have seen the changes you are good to go. But it's important to track for 3 cycles so you are very familiar with YOUR individual normal. For me, I couldn't rely on O+12 alone because my cm and ct would vary throughout the day.

sorry just checking in now susie, glad to see you got help already. I personally know exactly that my o+12 is pretty much 36 hours after my first positive opk. As an example, I had my first positive (smilie digital opk) at around 11am on the 24th January. We dtd at 11pm on 25th January. I got a temp shift the next day 26th January to confirm o was over. My cm doesnt go from EW to creamy. It goes from EW (days beofre o) to watery, and then from watery seethrough (just before o and during o), to whitish watery/creamy. The real creamy stuff I dont get until o is over. My ph is about 0.5 lower at o+12 then even just some hours before that..... but it was never at 4.5 at any time during my ovulation ever (neither when I conceived my dd!). Hope this helps.

Hi Nini, I need your help. I stop ovulating when I am on IG diet. Your diet was a hybrid of A-gender and IG. Could you tell me what you could eat from A-gender please? I looked at the A-gender site but it seems that you need a gold member to get the food list. Thanks much!
