I am planning to start ttc end of april and will be doing the diet 6 weeks before (plus already starting to make small changes to start changing my habits). I have joined a gym as I need to lose some weight gained over Christmas so am doing 60 minutes on the treadmill 3 times a week plus a Zumba class. I plan to stop this before ttc as I realise you should either do 60 mins 6 times a week (which I couldnt manage) or none at all, so I think I will choose none at all, as I should lose enough weight on the diet alone. I was just wondering when I should stop going to the gym prior to ttc? Does anyone know Thanks in advance :)
