Sorry I am sure you have already written this but I am just running out the door for work so thought I would post to see if you see this and reply (and also site is still playing up when I try and search for your old posts). You have said that you didn't do diet for your O+12 attempt? Can you tell me what your natural diet is/was like i.e. do you have breakfast, coffee/tea, meat, lots or minimal dairy etc? Also was your diet the same as when you conceived your boys or did you try and reduce salt, increase dairy for your girl attempt? I am going to try O+12 for a few cycles and see what happens. Will take the supplements but thought I may (still deciding if to do a full on diet change or not) just try and modify my diet, cut down on meat, increase diary, use low fat milk etc. So would be really interested to see what your diet was like? Do you believe a true O+12 attempt is more important than major modifications to diet?
