I was never a huge poster, but I still do know a few of the ladies on the board. I wanted to give you my update because I always think its nice when other people do.
After a failed MS IUI and three terrible, horrible IVF cycles with two doctors I decided to go back to my old RE for straight up IUI (I have needed it for two of my three kids). Very scary!, but decided I wanted another baby regardless of gender.
I had an IUI on August 9th, and it worked-first try! I have been going a little crazy wondering boy or girl. Yesterday I got my answer that I am so lucky to be having a little GIRL !!!!! I am thrilled to death. I thought my heart was going to jump out of my chest waiting to hear the US tech tell me the sex.
Just for a little fun:I have no idea if this had anything to do with it but I ate fifty tons of sushi before the IUI, I also went hog wild drinking champagne! I had my DH release 48 hours before giving the IUI sample, and I was very slow bringing it to the lab. (you are supposed to bring it in an hour, I lied and brought it a 1/2 hour late!)
I hope everyone gets the baby of their dreams, and thank you to everyone on the forum who has given me advice and hope :)
