What gender did you have when you conceived while breastfeeding?

Hi Im breastfeeding DD and would love to conceive another DS as we lost our second son at 2 weeks old. However, if we have another DD thats fine too.

Im in a forum where all the ladies who have fallen pregnant while breastfeeding have found out they are having a girl.

Im starting to think breastfeeding sways girls. Is this so? What were your experiences? If you had a DS how much were you breastfeeding?

 Hi there, I am currently breastfeeding  (pretty much on demand) my daughter and fell pregnant just before she turned 7 months (she's now 9.5 months), I haden't even got my period back yet. I amd 11 weeks and 1 day pregnant right now. I have a VERY strong feeling that this baby is another girl.  I've  aslo been doing research on this and I've read that  breastfeeding can sway girl especially if you haven't gotten your period back.  I won't be finding out the gender of this baby until the big birthday, but my intuition is so strong that I truly believe I have another little girl in there. 

Throughout my research though, I've noticed that the older a baby is (1yr and older) while being nursed the greater the chance of falling pregnant with a boy. 

Are you currently nursing? And trying to concieve? How old is your baby that you are nursing? Also what forum are you in  where all the mom's are nursing and concieving girls? I'd love to join.

I conceived my second son while my first son was still nursing, but he was two years old and only nursing once a day and my cycles returned when he was 13 months old, so I'm not sure breastfeeding had much effect by that point.

I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your son. How devastating!

i conceived a boy while breastfeeding and we were only doing the deed once a week due to my DH hectic work schedule at the time.
