Anxiety about NT scan -anyone?

I'm supposed to make my appt soon. I always get nervous for these. Prob normal for people with past problems. Anyone share this with me? I'm almost 35 so that doesn't help. Advanced maternal age I guess they call it.

To my understanding it is just an ultrasound and blood work, but correct me if I am wrong. We have decided to get it.

I share this with you....mine is cause of my last pg. My Nt scan was fine but the 23 week scan is when we found hydrops and then we lost him at 26weeks. So I am high stress over everything this time!
