The sperm would swim up from the diva cup. I personally didn't use a diva cup at all, but I assume they would just work their way up. Are you going to be laying down at all? Or will you dtd normally and then insert the diva cup?

I don't know where abouts you are located, but you can get it from most chemists in Australia. If you are located overseas, I know a lot of the laies here order it online from wither cincottachemist.com.au or I think the other one is chemistwarehouse.com.au

I would put the little container that has the lime douche in the warm water to heat.

Hi ladies!! So sorry I have taken so long to update, but I had no idea how busy I would be with four kids, They definitely keep you busy!! We welcomed our little girl into the world a few weeks ago, and she is just beautiful. She weighed 7 pound 2, and is all girl. I must have checked in her nappy a hundred times in the first 24 hours to make sure! Hope you are all well! Xxx

Ha ha, don't feel bad! It is great when kids get to an age where they are useful! I'm sure they like it too : ) Ahh my sway... I am still on the diet, I had quite a few cheats after my recent BFN as I had birthday plans, and frankly, I am soo over it. It has been 6 months. I am continuing with the diet, but not stressing about a few minor cheats now and then. And I will DTD after I get a + OPK this cycle, with abstinence. Will watch Ph, but just not get crazy - I want a BFP! So happy for you, I have really enjoyed watching it happen for you X
