I am so sorry to read your story. Try not to despair though - I know this will be your 3rd child but you could still have a 4th??? It is a lot but it is still manageable. Some women in this board have 7,8 even 9 children!! I know it is easy for me to say this but I have 3 boys and I am considering going for my 4th. If you want something badly enough you won't let anything stand in your way. Good luck and stay strong, big hugs. Xxx

I really think that we all have a purpose in this world as destiny to fullfill, whether we know it or not, I think your little boy will change alot of peoples lives, this little boy was meant to be born. I always drempt of boys but had 2 girls, now they are here I know why x

WOW, I am sooo sorry you are going through this :( . I really hope you know that this little boy you are carrying must be VERY SPECIAL and meant to be, I mean what are the chances of this happening.

From what you said, did they label the embryo wrong when they said "normal girl"?  Like a pp said, can you cycle for free next time?

Btw, did you do a fresh or frozen transfer? I am beyond words to console you. Your RE should step up and give you, your girl/ girls for free

I am so sorry you've had to go through this. Seriously. Its so hard that you can't talk about it to your friends and family etc, that's the nature of HT I guess. You will probably love this baby boy more than anything as he's so special to have made it through all that. You will feel better in time but right now my heart goes out to you. This is not a disaster, you will have a healthy happy gorgeous bundle at the end of it, to love and adore. It will just take you a while longer until you get your girl, but you will get your girl. Sometimes things happen for a reason and although its not clear why at the time, I do believe everything works out for the best in the long run. You are very brave and I wish I knew you, to throw my arms around you. Thinking of you so much xxx

I totally agree. I can't imagine what you are going through, when going high tech this is something you certainly don't expect. I'm sorry this has happen to you and I'm glad your clinic is being supportive. You will get your girl in the future and you are also getting another amazing little boy.
