Hey lemon !
The diet does get so hard, I will never ever forget it! It's burnt into my memory! I don't think I will be able to stomach greek yoghurt or broiled salmon for a very long time!
Trying to fall pregnant can be really frustrating, let alone if you can't eat a block of chocloate or drink a bottle of wine when it doesn't happen !
I am 34, and my youngest is 3 this month, so I was busting for it to happen soon. We were going to start the diet last January, but my mum was diagnosed with uterine cancer in Feb, so ttc was totally out of my mind.
Yeah, we tried for 0+12, but I think it was more like 0+9 or so. With ovulating, I have been having ov. tracking done through blood tests for my pcos to check I am actually O'ing, so this has helped. I also invested in an Ovacue (with v.probe), which has been a godsend! It tells you throughout the day when you actually Ovulate, so this is really helpful with 0+12. I know I seem to usually have my lh surge overnight, and ovulate overnight aswell, or early morning.I roughly did bbt's, but didn't go by them at all because I am often woken up through the night with my 2yr old (should be fun with a newborn thrown into the mix!). I found the easiest way to monitor 0+12 is through cm. This is my biggest clue to when I am getting around that time. Also the ovacue was invaluable !
Thanks Lemon !
