how much canola oil

How much canola oil would I need to use when bd'ing for a girl?

Just curious because I dont want to have alot in me and I also dont want to have to little.

it;s just to help BD, so just at the entrance to V. Caonla oil does not sway. I think I am going to use rephresh or replens instead as they are supposed to sway pink

So would I only need lime douche THEN replense?

I dont want to chance the rephreshe as I heard it COULD raise ph and dont want to chance that.

I have done a ton of reseach on repHresh and replens and am still not sure what I want to do. RepHresh has a pH of 4.5 and it will make everything it comes into contact with a pH of 4.5, so if your pH is lower than that it will raise it, but if it is higher it will lower it. However, you can't get preggers with a pH below 4 anyway so if you are too low, repHresh can bring you back into a good girlie pH of 4.5. repHresh lasts about 2-3 days so this is perfect for a cutoff, to keep pH low until you O. Replens has a much lower pH--about 2.5. however, it will mix with other fluids and adjust to a new pH, so lets say DH's sperm is a pH of 8.5 and you mix in replens, it will mix to a pH of about 5.5. So in fact, using RepHresh would actually keep your pH at a better level because it would bring DH sperm of say 8.5 down to 4.5. Also, repelns, at a pH of 2.5, will kill sperm b/c it is too low, so you either need to use a very small amount of it (replens finger) or only use it in the days leading up to your attempt to keep pH down.

SO

do you think RePHreshe would be better? it is also a lube correct?

I planned to use a lime douche, so if my ph is already low do you think RePHreshe would be better to keep it balanced?

I looked at this online as a matter of fact last night and I got so confused. I had my sway all done up then I read this also last night on the internet on another site and I was like OMG, grrr

I think it depends if you plan on doing O+12 or a cut off. RepHresh has been used as lube, I have not tried it yet. I would be sure to test both out before using then on your attempt. (I once used a certain brand of lube and had a horrible reaction, way tmi) I am going to use repHresh in the days leading up to my attempt if I need help getting my pH low. If my pH is 4.5 I would use replens as it will lower it more, but if it's really high and I need to lower it fast I would repHresh. I think I am going to use just a little repHresh as lube, but just enough to BD. Then I am going to use the lime douche and tampon calculated to a pH of 4.0 so that way if I accidentally use too much it won't kill all the sperm.
