Hey girls! I swayed in 2010 and wanted to make sure all the info is pretty much the same. Supps- 630 mg calcium, 230 mg mag, 250 mg of Vit c for me every few days, 10,000 fruit equiv of cranberry pills, b12, 1 acidphilis, and 1 mg folic acid. That's what I took for my girl sway. Still the same? Diet- what is in the faq's and e book? Still high calcium? All other swaying factors should be followed from the faq's? I know a few years hve gone by since the make up of them so wanted to make sure that's still what we go by Is there any other posts or places where there are changes or updates? Lots of new sites have conflicting info these days but I wanted to see if u had any changes in the girl sway and I wanted to make sure your swaying recommendations are still the same. Thank u!!

well, I've heard of some controversy about taking calcium and magnesium pills and taking vitamin C or not.  Also I forget if you should take Vit. C in the 2WW.  I don't think so?  But not 100%.  As for cran pills I know you shouldn't take that once you are in the 2ww.

Right, I think you are referring to the idea that generally a more deprived body will conceive a girl while taking vitamin C obviously nourishes your body? I took vit C last time and it worked so I will do that again .... Although I would not go overboard with the dose like I have some women do here. I will not go overboard with anything as I have seen sooo many fails with hardcore swayers, I thikn you heart and soul have to be in it as well and no stress (easier said than done), know what I mean?

Tamara says you dont need to take Vit C in 2ww in order to save money. I think that is the only reason. So you can, but you needn't...

thansk nini :).  Yeah, I agree, and actually I've always believed in the low nutrient theory.  That's why I only took what I thought was the  minimum amount of supps needed.  I think I"ll end up skipping the vit. C during 2WW.  I remember some women talking about how it might cause m/c.  I won't be taking much as is anyway.  Only one every few days.  I realize now that nothing much has changed since my last sway so that's good!  I'm pretty confident in how I want to sway next time...basically the same as last time with a few upgrades, like lime TBM, a little more lime douche, and maybe aci jel if it works for me.  But that's about it, everything else stays the same.  Why mess with succes right? ;)

Hi Babydust, just wanted to wish you the best of luck for your next sway... I have read your (first) sway a couple of times now and am looking to do something very similiar myself [:) Any tips/ advice you can give would be great. Did you do a 2 day cutoff last time? And are you looking do do a similiar cutoff this time around? What are your thoughts on the B6/B12? and do you think that you will change or as you say upgrade anything else for this time around? Sorry if I am asking too many questions, I'm just very curious/ nervous/ excited and everything else that goes along with it Happy Wink

Hey starflower :-). Questions are always a good thing. So for my next sway I plan to add lime tbm to a pH of around 4.7, seems to be the magic number! And yes, plannin a 2 or 3 day cut off. One time bd with 14 plus days of abstinence before hand. Same as last time Its what i know best and im comfy with it Plus it helped to get my dd :) If i miss it for some reason will try o plus 12 imstead but hope not to miss the cut off Also going to do a small douche 30 min after tbm if needed. Might use aci jel instead of replens if it lowers ph. Also will try during the spring. This time around I won't be working so will be able to skip breakfast. So those are the "upgrades" but everything else will stay the same. I liked my say and how stress free I was during the weeks before and of course during o time. Supps, ions, hormones, everything else will stay the same. I did a TON of negative ions and still have everything. Hope that helps! :-)

Oh and i took b12 for my sway and will take a little bit each day again. It helps to absorb the folic acid. B6 I didn't take though. U only need to take that if ur luteal phase is leas than 12 and mine is usually 13 and sometimes 14. I only took what I felt I had to take for the sway and for the babies health and well being. So that's what I'll try to do again and hope for the best! ;). Diet is definitely most important so will try and be strict with that and of course do all of the other swaying factors as well

the lastest studies are pointing more and more to the TW theory; however they also support the 7 sway factors.
