Maybe it might be worth having a visit to your gp? I was diagnosed with pcos a few months back, and my gp knew we wanted one more baby so she said I could have "Ovulation Tracking" done through a local fertility clinic. It's series of blood tests that are definitve in whether or not you have ovulated. They did it for nothing because it was bulk billed. I have been for 3 cycles so far and it is really helpful.. Maybe you could have something like this done so as you can get a definite answer as to if you are or are not ovulating ?
It sounds like you are, but I guess i don't know if your body goes through the motions (such as cp changing), even if you don't actually ovulate. You could also have an U/S done, as they sometimes do this for women who have uncertain ovulation patterns...
