Anyone have/had any checkups?

I have been walking everywhere I possibly can and NOTHING! I have had sex until I am about to puke NADA! Yest I am dilated so that's a plus.

Well, I'm glad I didn't suffer through sex for nothing...   What are you dilated?

DH says this baby has to be a girl b/c only a women would take her sweet time LOL

I have diarhea cramps for days now and some actual diarhea but nothing! I barely pee during the day as soon as night fall hits I pee 40 times straight through til morning

So lovely to log on and see lots of posts! We are so close now and a baby announcement is coming i feel it! I agree with soo blessed must be great to have a date for next week! I am here until near due date me thinks! Few cramps but nothing for any length of time. Got appointment tomorrow with consultant to finally make some decisions re strep b and where to have baby and whether or not to have iv antibiotics. I am sick of thinking about it and so we shall decide tomorrow and then try to forget the whole dilemma! Sick of telling everyone how many weeks i am and them saying any day now! Everyone wants to talk pregnancy with me but as much as i cant think about anything else i am bored that it is the same conversation every time.much better when talking to those in same situation on here and really know how i am feeling. Please keep chatting and updating! Keeping me sane!

 

I'm having a very tough day today girls... So irratable and miserable. I keep laying back down after every little chore I do.. DH thinks I need extra attention and petted on, but I just want to be alone and loathe in my misery..   I know I am very blessed to be where I am and to be expecting a healthy little baby girl, but right now I am feeling a little sorry for my big ole' self.. Can't help it! I could just burst into tears if I didn't hold them back. I guess it's hormonal...   I wish I could take my kids out swimming and to have fun, but I just don't think I can handle it. I'm getting out of breath just doing lil' things around here.  They are being very accepting and sweet to their momma though! Couldn't make it without my boys...

The moon changes tomorrow, and is full the 15th and then changes again the 23rd, so if that really is when most labor's happen, I'm hoping for the tomorrow one.... lol  

Sorry to hear your having tough day it may be a good sign being hormonal! Mine just got a whole lot worse as ds2 just threw up everywhere! This will make my arrangements for appt tomorrow go wrong as he was going to my sisters. Now she wont want to infect her kids. Was hoping to go with dh but may have to go on my own unless can persuade someone to have him. Just a big headache really! It had to be on the day when i have showered him with kisses my go next i am sure. It was everywhere and massive clean up job and laundrette tomorrow. Oh boy i needed this like a whole in the head. One funny outcome was the stress cleared my constipation problem! Sorry tmi!!! Oh soo blessed wish you were down the road from me so we could moan together and eat cake! I know ill be 23 rd for full moon!

Wish I was down the street as well dear. I'd babysit for ya considering we have already been infected... Hope his goes aways soon. I know that's the last thing you need right now. My DS's actual vomiting stage only lasted 24 hours. Even our kids are getting ill at the same times! We have way too much in common. lol   However, we would probably be dangerous if you put us together right now... Hope you find someone to watch him so DH can go with you with all your concerns, Up. And don't worry too much about catching it. I have caught everything coming and going this pregnancy and this one I managed to avoid! DS2 has not came down with it either (knock on wood)..

My son and I just came down with a stomach virus that last 24 hours as well! how random were all the way in Ohio!!..They gave him phennergan liquid and he was perfectly fine after that, but later that night I caught it and was up throwing up all night. Ill tell you, i would rather throw up from morning sickness than actual sickness! I cant take any of the anti-nausea medicines because im allergic to them ALL!!! Hopefully everyone is feeling a lot better and I see some posts about LABOR not SICKNESS!!!

Oh dear we are all having a rough time at the mo! Ds slept all night after that one time and i actually slept well too which is odd as usually i would fret and check him all night! Lets hope that is it! I can do without the washing! Think may be a shock having three kids clothes to wash. I remember it seeming more than double the washing when i first had 2!! Again the similarities between us soo are becoming quite spooky! Maybe we will go into labour at the same time too! I think god has given me a little soul mate to keep me going! Both of us in the same room might be dangerous. My dh would certainly go out! 2 Hormonal moaning pregnant women would send him over the edge right now! Hope your sickness bug goes too two loves, i hate throwing up at any time, it is the pits!!

Hi had my doctor appt today. All healthy. Still got strep b on last swab so obviously here to stay! Interesting discussion with doctor about place of delivery. He didnt know half the research i did but thats not surprising and nor is his advice to go to main unit for antibiotics! He did mention that he didnt think the cannula would rule out a waterbirth and this got me thinking..... There is a low risk birth unit attached to the main unit which may possibly accept me with my strep b and give me the antibiotics thereby giving me best of both worlds. I just have to get them to accept me there and that is my mission tomorrow! The midwife there was lovely and seemed much more up to date on strep b and more of a natural approach to it. I pray that this will work out for me and i can then concentrate on going into labour!! May even start sex once this is sorted! Now i am really getting carried away! LOL!!!! Problem is DH is sensitive to any sex with alterior motive after swaying and he will soon cotton on to the fact i just want to get the baby out!

Oh yay, Up! I really hope they accept you and you can have your first choice in type of delivery.. Sounds so hopeful. As far as the sex, my DH would take any kind he could get and not question it at this point... LOL   My dr. is going to back from vacation Sunday night and I go in Monday for my checkup and all he keeps saying is how he can't wait until Sunday night. He thinks I'll be desperate enough by then. And he's probably right! lol  He took me today to get Madison a new chest of drawers for her room. I thought the drawers in her changing table would be enough for now, but it's not after I got all my newborn new stuff and hand me downs washed. Didn't realize how much storage a baby needs since it's been so long. Is your son all better? Hope so! 

Thanks soo blessed i hope i do get my wish today i will let you know! My son is better thanks just sick the once so can go back to school today which will help me to make these important phonecalls. I can also go and look around this unit today if i get accepted and they are not too busy. I know what you mean about storage since i have shopped for pink like mad! My freyas wardrobe is bulging! Looking forward to finding out about your check up on mon. Things will go quiet for me now as next check up in 2 weeks probably. So will be excited to hear about your check ups, lets hope they find some action going on cervix wise! Oh why dont you make a ticker to count down to your induction date! Would love to see that!

Hurray i got permission to deliver in the low risk unit today! What a relief! I feel i can finally relax and concentrate on getting baby out now! Had a good day, dare i say i went shopping again! Plus another lunch with friends! Still got to enjoy the peace whilst it lasts though i cant wait to have lots of time with my new babe! Hoping to go look around the unit with family over the weekend. Dh wants to check out parking etc, men are so practical!!

  Thank God!  You'll be so much more at ease now.. What did you get today on your shopping trip???  I thought I was gonna have to call DH hubby last night.  I had tightenings and major cramps for quite a while and then ached the rest of the night after that finally went away. Still having tons of BH this morning too. Thank goodness my MIL stopped in to check on me and volunteered to take care of breakfast for my kids.  My sister in law said she done this for about 2 weeks before going into actual labor though..  I never had this before so it makes me nervous. I don't wanna go in for nothing, but I don't wanna deliver at home either...  Pressure in my butt area is so bad, I can't hardly sit or bend over to pick up things on floor...  And I'm losing bits of mucus when I wipe almost every time.. I think I'm getting closer!   DS1's b-day is Tuesday and he really is hoping to not have to share his day..    So, will you be able to do a water birth at the low risk or not?  

OMG!! I am soooo excited to hear all these symptoms from you! Sounds super promising especially the mucus! Is it a show? Can you do some nipple tweaking or sex to send yourself into labour? i will be logging on loads now to see what is happening! I bought a really nice scarf to drape when breast feeding, some sandals, some more dinner plates, a cute baby hat and a wii game to give from the baby to the boys. I can have a waterbirth, i hope to start with my tens until near end of second stage. Get in the pool and use gas and air until she is born. Feeling great i am in the low risk unit. No major bh or cramps or loss here. I am very jealous!

Don't be jealous.  I had a contraction free night...    And a very sleepless one at that!  I think the mucus is bits and pieces of my plug... It's not been bloody at all. My dr. is still on vacation and my sister is tied up staying with an elderly relative the rest of the weekend while some other family are gone on vacation as well, so I don't wanna try the sex or nipple stimulation until Sunday night at least...  But I'm gonna be tempted then. Everyone should be free'ed up by then....  So happy you get your waterbirth! I would love to have that chance at least once..  Well, it's early morning here and I'm gonna try to catch a nap on the couch before everyone gets up. I'm gonna have that couch wore out by the time Madison comes. It's the only place I can sleep lately and only in the day time hours..   I miss my old body!!! lol
