We did timing - frequent BD with 2-3 day cut off. I had high calcium, low sodium and potassium diet and also tried some acidifying foods to get pH down.
We did missionary, no big O, sylk as a lube.
I took Calcium, Mg, folate, cranberry and Vit B6 supps.
As for ions, took loads of walks, new moon and fan on laptop.
I had lost weight, and had hardly any EWCM, and pH was lower than when I started.
