Hello newbaby..Just have to say I have so much damn respect for you for giving your body over to making all those beautiful babies!

I am doing better with the weight now Happy, the feeding thing has def kicked in, but man my muscles are stretched to kingdom come..

Love big families, maybe when I 'forget' about this time round I'll find it in myself to have another! Happy Wink

If you are breastfeeding it should help you to gradually lose weight during the first three months after delivery. Breastfeeding helps to keep the metabolism up and the weight down. You’ll find your hips and thighs will lose inches during this time. You can begin a more strenuous exercise regimen 6 weeks PP. Ask your doctor about any exercises that she/he recommends. I’ve found swimming after childbirth helps to not only burn calories more quickly, but also helps firm and tone sagging muscles.
