We eat out a lot, and I eat a lot of mexican food, chips with salt and tomato based sauces. BUT, I tried several times to sway for a girl, and it's not easy. Out of four sways, it worked once. I did supplements, dairy, vitamins, and frequent bd twice, and 0+12 once. My pH was 4.2 on a Hanna pH tester. I have some boys who really wanted to be boys apparently. The only thing that I can see as different was I lost a lot of weight before I conceived my dd. Maybe that was the trick? So I would try gaining weight for a boy,and eating chips and salsa, and bd on day of ovulation. For most of my older boys, we were bding every other day and always on ovulation day.
