CAN ANY LOVELY LADIES AND TECHS HAVE A LOOK AT MY SCAN PIC.....IS THERE A NUB?!?!

I am 17 weeks pregnant and my scan was taken at 13 weeks. I am desperate to know the sex of my second baby, but my partner wont let me pay for a private scan. I have to wait 4 weeks now and I am the most inpatient person ever! Please take a look and if you see a nub let me know or take a guess.....I don't know what I am looking for! Thanks xXx
