Well we are now about 2 weeks behind in her growth. I am 27 weeks, and she is measuring just shy of 25. The Dr. still didn't seem too worried, since her growth is increasing, and the placenta looks good (still have 3 placental lakes though), and the amniotic fluid looks good. Her head and torso look small, and the dr. said she is in the 23rd percentile for growth at this point. I have to go in again in a month for another ultrasound to check her growth, and then maybe every few weeks for the rest of the pregnancy. I wish I would have asked if the placental lakes cause the slower growth, or if the slower growth causes the lakes, or if they just are seen together a lot of the time. I'm trying not to be too concerned, but at this point I am a little worried and just really want a healthy baby.
Josi: I hope your next scan goes well, and hopefully your baby will be right on track!
