Ob/gyn couldn't find HB on his machine so he sent me down to the private ultrasound clinic so the experienced tech could double check. But she was still - so so still. And she'd only grown 5mm in a week.
I can't believe it. I know I should have expected it. After all the issues with stalled and low betas, not being able to find the sac and then not being able to see anything in it. And then even after they found her and heard the HB, the sac was measuring small. I knew weeks 9 & 10 would be the crucial ones. I tried so hard not to get my hopes up for so long, but its hard when the last couple of weeks I was repeatedly told it was a 'normal healthy pregnancy'. I had booked in at the hospital for the birth and started to plan and think ahead.
Must go collect my boys and get on with life - thank god for big dark sunglasses! D&C is first thing tomorrow. Maybe I will feel better once the pregnancy hormones are out of my system......

TTC XX. Cycle 1 (Dr Lin): ER 14 Jan 5 eggs, 4 mature and fertilised w/ ICSI. 2 probe. 2 XX, 2XY. Put back a BB hatching blast and a Grade 1 early blast on 20 Jan.
5dp5dt - BFP. 9dp5dt - 64. 13dp5dt - 81 Stop meds. 19dp5dt - 330. 22dp5dt - 890. Ectopic? Blighted ovum? 3 scans show small empty sac not progressing.
Final scan before D&C at 7w5d shows HB 116 & a 5.5mm embryo estimated to be 6w1d. At 8w4d HB 144 & fetus 11.5mm, a week behind. 9w4d - no HB.....
