What is/was your ideal "Perfect Family"?

My ideal family was always 3 boys and a girl, I always wanted sons and always imagined them being out for the night and all looking out for their little sister, keeping an eye on her. Making sure she was safe. Then theres was the bond I would have with her too.

If I ever get a girl. My ideal family will have happened .

Please don't twist my words I never said it's bad to gave GD with girls! On the contrary I find it refreshing to see people wanting boys! I understand ALL types of GD. What I don't understand is why people come to a GD board if they don't actually have GD and then rub it in other peoples faces that they were 'lucky' and got exactly what they wanted(referring to the other poster not you). What is the point? If it was a pregnancy or a baby forum then fine but this question was addressed to those who have GD.

I don't think she was trying to twist your words! Because it is true that there is bit of a double standard on this website.  

Lol I must not be getting my point across correctly because I never said anything about girl moms not being allowed to be say that their families are perfect or anything like that!

My question was: Why are people who do NOT have GD on a GD board?

It has nothing to do with double standards, just a legitimate question!

I guess to me it's kinda like going to an AA meeting and not being an alcoholic..... or going to weighwatchers when you don't need or want to lose any weight and when you are asked how much weight you want to lose you state: I am really lucky because I am naturally thin and don't need to diet... or I don't want to lose any weight because I am perfect and don't need to. Ummmm well why are you here then? It just....odd......

I thought would only have 1 and hoped for a .  I had a I loved so much that when we decided to have another I hoped it would be another so he'd have a playmate but then had a !  Anyway am thrilled now cos they are both wonderful and wouldn't change a thing now.

I always wanted a first then two but now i like the idea of 3 and 1

in a perfect world a boy then a girl..... but then if that happened for us then my lil man woudnt be here n i cant imagine my life without him so bbg.....................
