Crawling?

My little one is 7 1/2 months old, and she is scooting....backwards!  She's having trouble figuring out how to go forward.

Are your babes crawling yet? 

Elle started the backwards scoot a little over a month ago and was in that phase for a couple weeks. She's crawling now so I bet it will be any minute now for Mia! Mia's so cute btw! It's crazy how big our babies are getting.

I honestly think Elle will be walking very soon, she's always climbing up things to stand and can even stand by herself for a couple seconds. She has been eager to stand on her sturdy lil' legs since she was first born, it's crazy. I'm not ready!!

Are you planning to ttc anytime soon?

That's good to know Belles, because it seems she's been in the scooting backwards phase forever!  I can't believe Elle is climbing on things to stand, they really are getting so big.  I'm ready for Mia to crawl because I can tell she's really wants to, but walking - that's just too much!

We want our kids to be 2+ years apart so we will probably TTC around December 2011/January 2012.    I saw that you want to TTC around Sept 2011, maybe we'll ge the baby bug earlier and try around then as well!

BTW, Elle is just beautiful!  Her picture in the "Is Anyone Still Here?" post is just stunning.  She looks so grown up!

Thank you so much! She really is growing up too fast. Once they start crawling it really is a whole 'nother ball game. Well keep us posted on the ttc, I would love to be in another group with everyone who's willing If we don't do August for a May baby, we're wanting to do December 2011, so we may be right there with you!

Yay!  She started crawling around 8 months 5 days.......and now she's all over the place!  So much fun!

 Anybody else's kiddo not crawling and not even close? My boys were sitting and crawling at 9.5 months (slow but okay). Hailey is almost 10 months now and she does a 'hover baby' where she is on her stomach and lifts her arms and legs off the ground and shakes them but that's it. Anyone else's kiddo having trouble learning too?

Rowan just started crawling last week so he's a litte behind too. I'm sure Hailey will start soon enough (I honestly almost cried when Rowan started lol)
