Pregnancy symptoms versus symptoms from PIO

Did any of you have pregnancy symptoms with a BFN (from the PIO)? Or even better, did any of you who have been through both a BFP and a BFN have different symptoms? I'm having some symptoms (visible veins, tingling/mildly sore boobs, etc.), but I don't know if that's common with PIO. I'm also on estrogen. TIA!

 I had symptoms with both - but I also know that progesterone causes those symptoms too.  

What I remember was, I compared my symptoms to when I started the suppositories (which was right after ER) and a few days after ET.  The only additional symptoms I felt was the heartburn, that was consistently there only after the ET.  The sore boobs was definitely a side effect of the suppositories for me.
