Moon Phases, biorhythms, Lunar phases etc etc...

Can anyone help me with figuring out how to do Moon Phases, biorhythms, Lunar phases etc? I'm still a bit lost after reading. Thanks!

This is so great!  I know I have the moon in a boy sign (aries) when I'm supposed to O (August 5 @4:58pm until August 8 @3:27am EST) but would love a more detailed look!!  Esp if there are certain dates I should totally avoid.  I'm swaying boy and my DOB is May 14, 1982 @ 8:05EST.  I should O somewhere between the 5-7 (hopefully 7 as that is slightly more boy biorhythms).  Thank you thank you!!

I have just read this post and my heart sank as I tried researching and planning for girl coception under girl moon for this pregnancy and after all that, i messed up at the last minute - i think my brain was so fried from all the calculating that i wasnt thinking straight anymore - and I endued up conceiving in male moon and on ovulation date and was praying that it could possibly still be a girl...is there any chance it could be?
