I agree that if it is the nub with the arrow then this could well be a girl!!! I have 3 boys too and completely agree with your comments about how a change would be nice but boys are lovely too!!! I still have 7 weeks til birth and the big surprise....Good luck!

 Oh and just for the record I'm certain the nub I'm pointing to IS the nub as I saw it clear as day on the scan, its just unfortunately not clear on the still shot the tech took, so probably not very good to guess with..

If that's the nub, it does look very flat and girly for 12+5. But please keep in mind that it's nowhere near 100% certainty at this stage even with a perfect pic, so I'd caution against getting your heart set on pink just yet.
