Our little girl...is a boy!! 
We were so convinced it was a girl, it was quite a shock when we were told it's a boy. But the technician was quite certain. It's somewhat disappointing and will take a bit of adjustment, but the most important thing is, the baby looks very healthy. Everything we could see on the scan was exactly as it should be, so we are both very happy about that. 
Knowing the gender has made the baby seem more like a real person with a real identity, and I'm really looking forward to meeting my little boy next year.
